Raised on the South Side of Chicago, Jack brought a “refuse to lose” mindset into every part of the business—from surviving the tough early years to leading multi-location rollouts at scale. Today, that mindset lives on in a close-knit team of designers, fabricators, installers, and project managers who take pride in doing things the right way.

Jack still leads from the front, staying hands-on and focused on what matters: helping clients move fast, stay compliant, and look great doing it—while making sure the team behind the scenes is supported, respected, and growing strong.

When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find Jack golfing, working out, or traveling with his wife Bianca.

Jack has been with Accent Graphics since its inception in 1979.

His depth of institutional knowledge and commitment to process integrity are unmatched. Roy is also a skilled craftsman and creates custom LED-lit lamps in his downtime — a reflection of the same creativity and precision he brings to his work.

Roy has been with Accent Graphics since 1987.

Jeff is a passionate hunter, loves RVing and going on cruises with family and friends. Some of his most enjoyable times are also hanging out in his backyard swimming pool with his grandkids.

Alex has been with Accent Graphics since 2014.

Whether it’s a single installation or a full signage package for a national brand, Jordan leads with a client-first mindset, delivering clear communication, reliable timelines, and standout results. His favorite part of the job? Watching a client’s vision come to life — from initial sketch to finished install. Outside the office, you’ll find him watching sports, catching movies, or spending time with family and friends.

Jordan has been with Accent Graphics since 2024.

He also leads all material purchasing, ensuring every job remains within budget and on track. His post-project cost analysis and feedback loop help continually improve pricing strategies. Mario’s dedication to precision and continuous improvement makes him an essential driver of project profitability and client satisfaction.

His diverse background — including roles in sales, production, CNC machining, vinyl, print, and installation — gives him rare insight into the full signage lifecycle. That hands-on knowledge helps him identify potential roadblocks early and keep projects running smoothly. Outside of work, Ken enjoys performing on trumpet, mountain biking, and exploring the outdoors with his dogs.
