Raised on the South Side of Chicago, Jack brought a “refuse to lose” mindset into every part of the business—from surviving the tough early years to leading multi-location rollouts at scale. Today, that mindset lives on in a close-knit team of designers, fabricators, installers, and project managers who take pride in doing things the right way.

Jack still leads from the front, staying hands-on and focused on what matters: helping clients move fast, stay compliant, and look great doing it—while making sure the team behind the scenes is supported, respected, and growing strong.

When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find Jack golfing, working out, or traveling with his wife Bianca.

Jack has been with Accent Graphics since its inception in 1979.

Roy Hodge

Controller & Compliance Officer

Roy Hodge has been with Accent Graphics for over 37 years — a cornerstone of the company’s growth from a small operation to a multimillion-dollar operation. As Controller and Compliance Officer, Roy manages accounting, HR, safety, insurance, and regulatory certifications, including MET Labs compliance.

Jeff Cope

Director of Operations

Jeff Cope brings over 40 years of experience in the sign industry, with a career rooted in installation and field operations. After 28 years in service and installation — including 23 as an installation supervisor — Jeff joined Accent Graphics in 2005 and stepped into the Operations Manager role in 2013. He is an effective leader and well organized.

Jeff is a passionate hunter, loves RVing and going on cruises with family and friends. Some of his most enjoyable times are also hanging out in his backyard swimming pool with his grandkids.

In addition to her work at Accent, Kim is the Founder and Executive Director of Walls Down Productions, a nonprofit dedicated to youth and family initiatives throughout DFW — a reflection of her deep commitment to service and community.
